Founding Member Agreement

1. Confidentiality of Materials
By joining SmartSpark, you agree not to share, screenshot, download, or repost any PreSPARK results, SmartSpark community content, or coaching materials outside the group.
2. Protection of Proprietary Frameworks and Technology
You agree to keep confidential any internal frameworks (including the Systems + Sauce methodology), pricing or business information, and any technology introduced to you (including apps, AI-driven tools, or custom platforms) that you're exposed to as a member. You agree not to copy, reverse-engineer, or attempt to replicate these systems or approaches.
3. Founding Member Commitment
In exchange for your discounted founding rate, you commit to posting in the community at least 3 times per week and attending scheduled community calls (Tuesday and Thursday evenings).
4. Consequences of Violation
Violating confidentiality or failing to meet the participation commitment may result in loss of access, loss of the founding rate, or other remedies.
5. Term
Your confidentiality obligations continue even after you leave or are removed from the community.
